An access reader is used to identify users who wish to access a system protected by an access controller. It transmits the credential information, with the controller determining the appropriate action.
This reader allows identification through MF 13.56 MHz cards or key fobs, MF DESFire 13.56 MHz, QR code reading, as well as a keypad for numeric codes.
The connection to the controllers is made via Wiegand or RS485. These protocols enable a secure connection for outdoor installation with an IP65 rating.
