Warranty and Returns

All purchased items are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty. NeoTech Security does not provide or sell extended warranties.
The general warranty conditions are determined for each product type by the manufacturer that grants it.

Returns (Terms and Conditions)

If you are not satisfied or the product is defective, you can return it within 14 calendar days of receipt. The product amount will be refunded, deducting the original shipping charges and return costs.

1. All returns must be made within 14 days from the date the goods were delivered.
2. Returns without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will not be accepted.
3. The item must be returned in the same condition and with the same contents as received. It must be intact, with all original labels, markings, and protective packaging. Used or damaged items that have lost their commercial appearance will not be accepted.
4. All items must be shipped in a cardboard box or mailing bag, not only in the manufacturer’s original packaging.
5. The RMA number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the package for proper identification.
6. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using an insured service with tracking, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
7. NeoTech Security is not responsible for personal data or objects left in returned items. Please carefully check your equipment before sending it.
8. Defective items may be repaired or replaced.
9. NeoTech Security is not liable for damages resulting from installation, misuse, or mishandling of purchased products. Liability is limited to the monetary value of the product only.
10. We do not accept the return of licenses, transformers, or batteries, except in cases where they arrive damaged.
11. Refused shipments will incur return shipping fees, which will be deducted from your refund.

How to return a product?

If you wish to return a product, please follow the steps to obtain an RMA number:

1. Log in to your account and click on Order history and details.
2. Locate the order with the product to be returned, click on the Plus sign and then Details.
3. Scroll down to the section Product(s) in this order and check the items you want to return.
4. In the Merchandise return section, click on Request RMA.
5. On the next page, indicate the number of items to return, specify the reason, and click Submit RMA.

    Please allow up to 24 hours for us to review your RMA request. Once approved, we will update the status in your account.

6. You can check the status of your return by logging into your account and accessing My merchandise returns.
7. Once accepted, the status will change to Awaiting package. At that time, please send us the product.
