Shipping & Delivery Terms
At NeoTech Security™, we ship throughout Europe and Spain (mainland, Balearic and Canary Islands) quickly and securely.
Deliveries are made to your address from our warehouses or those of our logistics partners. Shipping charges are displayed during checkout.
Across Europe, we work with reliable carriers such as GLS, DPD, and TNT. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your order number and tracking reference.
Delivery times are approximate and depend on location and product availability. Shipments to the Balearic and Canary Islands may take longer and incur additional costs. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 18:00 (CET). Specific time slots are only available for scheduled delivery services. If no one is present, the parcel will be left at the nearest depot, and a notice will be issued for re-delivery.

VAT and EU Customers
As a company based in Spain, we apply a 21% VAT to all sales within Spain.
EU business customers (outside Spain) with a valid VAT number are exempt from VAT.
Non-EU Customers
No VAT is charged on orders outside the European Union or tax-free zones.
Additional duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs or the carrier will contact you for payment. If charged to us, these costs will be invoiced back to the customer.
Specific Delivery Conditions
- Orders placed after 15:00 (GMT+1) will be processed the next business day.
- No shipments or deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
- Customs procedures are the customer’s responsibility and not included in transit time.
- Deliveries may occur up to 20:00 without exact scheduling, even if requested.
- The customer must verify that the package is received in good condition. Any damage must be reported immediately.
