HD Turret cameras have an adjustable body for setting the view during installation and transmit video over coaxial cable in compatible systems. The selection offers different signals, resolutions and imaging options by model, for indoor or outdoor areas where supported.

Check recorder compatibility before comparing lens, night imaging and protection. Review mounting, power and available functions. Do not confuse manual adjustment with remote movement or these HD cameras with IP Turret models that use a network connection.

How to choose an HD Turret camera

Identify the signal technology

Check camera and recorder formats and resolutions. Turret shape does not determine IP or analogue HD technology.

Set the view for the location

Check lens, orientation and lighting. Review protection and fixing for the intended position.

Verify functions and power

Confirm audio, illumination and power where present. Check PoC and colour night imaging for the model and system.

Questions before buying

Can an HD Turret rotate from a phone?

Do not assume this. A body adjusted during mounting does not establish motorised movement.

Can I use an HD Turret with any XVR?

It must support its signal, resolution and required functions. Check both models before combining them.
