Description

An access reader is used to identify users who wish to access a system protected by an access controller. It transmits the credential information, with the controller deciding how to act.

This reader allows identification through MF DESFire 13.56 MHz cards or key fobs, QR code reading, as well as a keypad for numeric codes.

The connection to the controllers is made via Wiegand or RS485. These protocols allow for a secure connection in outdoor installations with an IP66 rating.
