The video intercom panel is the element that is installed on the exterior of the premises, also known as the outdoor unit, and allows visitors to call the building staff.

These devices also have the capability to open the door through their relay outputs. This model features 2 relay outputs to manage up to 2 doors simultaneously. Additionally, it includes integrated access control, allowing identification through cards or key fobs with MF technology at 13.56 MHz.

IP devices communicate and are powered via Ethernet cables and PoE switches, reducing the number of cables required for operation.

Its physical button panel allows users to call easily.

With an IP65 outdoor rating, it can be installed outdoors. Furthermore, its IK08 vandal-resistant rating enables it to withstand more challenging environments.

The iVMS-4200 software facilitates the linking of panels and monitors to make and receive calls, create contacts, send informational messages to monitors, or review call logs.

With the Hik-Connect mobile application for end users, calls can be received, doors can be opened, or the camera feed from the panel can be viewed live, all from anywhere.
