The video intercom monitor is the component installed inside the premises, also known as the indoor unit, and allows the building staff to receive calls from visitors.

This model features a 7" touchscreen that facilitates user operation.

IP devices communicate and are powered via Ethernet cables and PoE switches, reducing the number of cables required for operation.

With 4 relay outputs, it can control various elements, such as doors or bells that can be activated during calls.

Advanced configurable functions: 12 VDC output (allows direct powering of the electronic lock without the need for an additional power source, as the device is powered by standard PoE).

The iVMS-4200 software is used to link boards and monitors for making and receiving calls, creating contacts, sending informational messages to the monitors, or reviewing call logs.

With the Hik-Connect mobile application for the end user, calls can be received, doors can be opened, or the camera feed from the board can be viewed live, all from anywhere.
