The video intercom monitor is the component that is installed inside the premises, also known as the indoor unit, and allows the building staff to receive calls from visitors.
This model features a 10" touchscreen that facilitates user operation.
IP devices communicate and are powered via Ethernet cables and PoE switches, reducing the number of cables required for operation.
With 2 relay outputs, it can control different elements, such as doors or bells that can be activated during calls.
The iVMS-4200 software is used to link panels and monitors for making and receiving calls, creating contacts, sending informational messages to the monitors, or reviewing call logs.
With the Hik-Connect mobile application for the end user, calls can be received, doors can be opened, or the camera feed from the panel can be viewed live, all from anywhere.
