An autonomous access control device consists of the combination of a controller and a reader in a single unit: it is capable of identifying users, making the decision on whether they have permission to access the facility, and operating the electronic lock through its relay.

This device allows identification through MF technology cards or key fobs at 13.56 MHz, QR code reading, as well as a keypad for numeric codes and biometrics with facial recognition.

Advanced configurable functions: 12 VDC output (allows direct powering of the electronic lock without the need for an additional power source as the device is powered by standard PoE) and functions as a video intercom.

Its IP65 exterior rating allows for outdoor installation.

User configuration, schedules, and access groups, as well as special functions, relay opening times, or reader reading times, are managed from the iVMS-4200 software.
