An autonomous access control device consists of the combination of a controller and a reader in a single unit: it is capable of identifying users, making the decision of whether they have permission to access the facility, and operating the electronic lock through its relay.
This device allows identification through MF technology cards or key fobs at 13.56 MHz, as well as a keypad for numeric codes.
Its IP65 exterior rating allows for outdoor installation. Additionally, its IK08 vandal-resistant rating enables it to withstand more challenging environments.
User configuration, schedules, and access groups, as well as special functions, relay opening times, or reader reading times, are managed through the iVMS-4200 software.
