The video intercom monitor is the component installed inside the premises, also known as the indoor unit, and allows the building staff to receive calls from visitors.
This model features a 7" touchscreen that facilitates user operation.
The 4-wire devices communicate and are powered through conventional copper cables (referred to as wires), allowing for the reuse of existing conventional installations that already have this type of wiring.
Using the iVMS-4200 software, the linking of panels and monitors is performed to make and receive calls, create contacts, send informational messages to the monitors, or review call logs.
With the Hik-Connect mobile application, end users can receive calls, open the door, or view the panel camera live, all from anywhere.
