How long is the warranty on Hikvision equipment?

The warranty is a legal right of consumers that affects goods intended for professional or personal use. The warranty provides protection for a period of time against disputes or defects present at the time of sale. You may also cover installation if it is included in the price of the product.

Who is responsible for the warranty?

The person responsible for the guarantee is the establishment where we purchased the product. Later, if there is a problem, the organization will contact the manufacturer or supplier.

How long is the warranty of a Hikvision brand products?

Most Hikvision products come with a 3-year warranty, but as of January 1, 2022, a wide range of Hikvision product lines are covered by the extended 5-year warranty for project-oriented premium products, including panoramic IP cameras, DeepinView and Ultra Series cameras, DeepinMind and Ultra Series NVR recorders; and a series of explosion-proof and anti-corrosion chambers. Batteries, accumulators, parts subject to natural wear (such as buttons, mechanical locks, etc.) are covered by a 1-month warranty unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.

Both the standard warranty and the newly extended warranty will automatically apply from the date of purchase. It will also be applied in Spain and in the rest of the countries of the world.
